Companies hiring right now: a lead list that refreshes itself
A company that opens a "bookkeeper" job may want accounting software or an outsourced bookkeeper. One that hires "SDR" may buy sales tools; "warehouse associate", a staffing agency. Job posts are public buying signals. Here is how to turn Google Jobs into a daily list of companies to contact.
The list
In Google Jobs Scraper, enter the roles that signal a need for what you sell, with a place,
one search per line (bookkeeper Chicago, dental assistant Dallas, SDR remote), and pick the country.
Each row gives the job title, the hiring company, location, salary when shown (also as numbers), job type, posting date,
the job board or career site it comes from and the link to the job. Up to 200 jobs per search, in 20 countries.
Every day, only the new ones
Turn on onlyNewJobs and add an Apify schedule: each run returns only the jobs it has not delivered to you before, so your
sheet or CRM gets the companies that just started hiring, and you pay for each job once.
Go further
- Know which companies you track by name? ATS Jobs Scraper reads their open roles straight from Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and SmartRecruiters job boards.
- Qualify the company's website with Website Technology Checker (CMS, e-commerce platform, analytics, and the e-mails and social profiles published on the site).
What it costs
$0.0012 per job returned (Apify Starter plan); see the Pricing tab of the Actor for every event. Searches with no job and duplicates are free, and each run stops at the maximum cost you set.
Good to know
- Google Jobs shows the hiring company, not the recruiter: you get companies and jobs, no names of people.
- Contacting companies is subject to the rules of your country (for example GDPR and PECR in the UK and EU, CAN-SPAM in the US).
