Tripadvisor reviews API: all the reviews, not just 5
You want the Tripadvisor reviews of your hotels or restaurants, or of the competitors around you, for a reputation dashboard, sentiment analysis or an AI summary. Tripadvisor's own Content API gives each location's details plus up to five reviews (Content API documentation), and access requires an application and approval.
What you get per review
Paste Tripadvisor links of hotels, restaurants or attractions in Tripadvisor Reviews Scraper (tripadvisor.com, .co.uk, .de, .fr and other Tripadvisor domains). Each review is one row: stars, title, text, language, month of the visit, publication date, photos and the management response with its date, plus the place's name, address, average rating and total number of reviews. Filter by stars, traveler type (families, couples, business, solo, friends) or month of visit. Reviewer names and profiles are not collected.
New reviews only, every day
Turn on onlyNewReviews and schedule the run daily: each run returns only reviews not delivered before, so you can answer
unhappy guests fast and pay for each review once.
What it costs
$0.0003 per review delivered, plus $0.0011 per block of 10 reviews requested (Apify Starter plan), plus a start fee per run (see the Actor's Pricing tab). A place with no review still pays the blocks requested (10 for the default 100 reviews); duplicates and malformed links are free, and each run stops at the maximum cost you set.
Also on Google
Most guests also review on Google Maps: Google Maps Reviews returns every Google review of the same places with the same kind of rows, so you can watch both platforms in one sheet.
Good to know
- Review and response texts are delivered as written: they may themselves mention names.
- Blocks of 10 are charged for each place Tripadvisor answers, even when it has fewer reviews than requested or none matching your filters: ask for 20 or 50 reviews per place for a daily check, not 500.
