Trustpilot Reviews Scraper: New Reviews & Replies
Get Trustpilot reviews of any company: stars, title, text, date, language, verified flag and the company reply, plus the company's TrustScore and review count. Paste domains or Trustpilot links. No reviewer names. Only-new-reviews mode for alerts. Pay per review.
Typical uses
- Review monitoring and alerts: turn on Only new reviews, schedule a daily run and send new 1- and 2-star reviews to Slack, e-mail or a spreadsheet: you never get (or pay for) the same review twice.
- Competitor benchmarking: compare TrustScores, complaints and reply habits of the companies in your market.
- Customer-experience research: what customers praise or complain about, by star rating and language.
- Sentiment analysis and AI summaries: feed clean review text to an LLM, a BI tool or an AI agent (MCP).
- Agencies: weekly or monthly reputation reports for e-commerce and service clients.
Pricing
Pay per use, no subscription, no monthly fee. The price depends on your Apify plan. Apify's free plan includes $5 of usage every month.
| You pay per | Free plan | Starter | Scale | Business |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Review One Trustpilot review returned with its stars, title, text, date, language, verified flag and company reply. Duplicates and input mistakes are never charged. | $0.0003 | $0.0003 | $0.0002 | $0.0002 |
| Block of 20 reviews requested Trustpilot reviews are fetched in blocks of 20 per company (100 reviews = 5 blocks), at high priority so runs finish in about a minute. Charged for each block requested once Trustpilot has answered, even when the company has fewer reviews than requested, none matching your filters, no new review, or is not found: the data source bills them. Not charged when Trustpilot does not answer. | $0.0022 | $0.0022 | $0.0022 | $0.0022 |
